Am going to share my personal experience about the ipod Sony NWZ B172F
As soon as I saw the ipod's company name SONY, I purchased through Amazon. Later I fell into the troubles. By usage it was not friendly. Coming to the specifications it didn't support earphone jack 3.0, it has only 2.0 jack.
It has no more features than stop and play, not even the forward button and the backward button. The usage output was too poor, and the battery support was not good and was not stable. It even didn't last too long. It gave output for just 1.5 hr when charged entire day. I bought for Rs.599 and not worthy for money. It didn't last too long, Due to some compatibility reasons it was destroyed and broken. So please whenever you buy the ipods, I recommend you to go through the specifications.
