Worst app for streaming. Review on Sony LIV

I can without a doubt say that this is the worst app in this category that I have come across. This app was released way back before voot or hotstar, it was a really good app at that time or I should say according to that time. I don't know what went wrong for them but now this app is very bad. Half of the times their servers are down and there are a lot of ads which nobody likes but they need it to earn revenue but I believe that the ads needs to be less to make it more attracting for users and they give very large ads instead they should give small ads and more ads which will not distract the users for more time just like youtube. And also, whenever there is a match they stream it 5 minutes slow and the streaming is not well optimised also, hotstar on the other hand is better in cricket streaming. I always have to switch to JioTV to watch the match which streams with no delay so I don't know why they stream 5 minutes late, they should understand that a match is enjoyed only live.Interface of the app is not at all attractive, interface of the app plays a very important role in the functioning of the app and users reactions for the app. They made an unsuccessfull attempt to increase their viewers by not uploading their shows on Youtube but people like me who don't like this app just stopped watching those shows or got a different app to watch them.Instead of doing this they should take the feedback from users and improve their app.
