Got a shock when I saw the picture quality progressively become poor within 1.5 years of buying the product. Got reviewed by Sony service center who told us that the panel needs a replacement and it will cost 12K INR.
After spending 33K on premium brand when I could have brought a Samsung or LG for much lower price. An now left hanging with a 32 inch LCD with a defective panel which will cost me another 12K to get it fixed.
