The sound is clear and non-metallic. The picture is distinct, without triggering the water-ducts in your eyes. Importantly, it operates without blemish, year after long year. The Remote is slim and petite, unlike the unwieldy ones that come with other Televisions.
I have this model in my bedroom and I never feel lonesome, if only because the visuals are so life-like and give you a feeling of personal involvement. I wished to buy a television for the guest-room. But I did not go for a lower-priced brand, if only because I did not wish to deprive my guests of the viewing pleasure that I regularly enjoy. So, I went and bought another Sony set of similar description.
The service is good, but then one hardly ever needs to avail of it. Even then, it's nice to know that Sony Service is prompt and efficient, as and when it needs to respond.
