This is the worst phone that I have ever come across. It had a manufacturing defect which the company officials are not agreeing upon.the phone hangs.the software gets corrupt all the time.the service centre people are lethargic.the call centre people are not aware as wat is the status of your phone at the service centres.its stays with the service centre people for over 3 month(imagine the company provides a warranty for 12 months ant the service centre keeps the phone for 3 months)after getting it after 3 months it has the same defect for which I gave it to the service centre and being a sony Ericsson phone it didn't attract any resale value.
I bought for 12000/- I sell it after 9 months(including 3 months of service centre.also, the entire 9 months with corrupt software issue) for 3000/-.this phone sucks also the company as a whole sucks.i swear not to buy anything which has sony name on it.also would request you not to get yourself surrendered to the fraud company.who sells cheap Chinese phone under their brand name just to charge a premium.
This explains my frustration have not got into the depth of the story.there was still a lot of adventure during my interaction with the companies employees over the problem wiht my phone.
