I like this phone very much because Sony Ericsson has come up with smart phones, with a sleek design that has a QWERTY keyboard coupled with the latest in mobile technology.
Features are good enough that include a 2-megapixel camera, a music player, a business card scanner, video recording, and support for 3G/UMTS and for Wi-Fi networks. P990i is the latest P-series Symbian smartphone from Sony Ericsson.
One noticeable change is the keyboard. On the P990, the small alphabetic keyboard is fixed to the phone and is revealed by flipping down the number pad..
The software package on the Sony Ericsson P990i has improved too, P990 comes with the Opera web browser, email client, plus a suite of PIM applications. The P990i can edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, and additionally comes with a viewer for PowerPoint and PDF files.
P990i looks like a very good high end device for corporate use.
