I bought this mobile with in a week from the date of it's launch.
The main drawbacks with this phone is that if u started taking stills or video the battery will come down. Say with in 5 - 10 mins you will loss the power from your battery. so it cannot be used for trips. with this phone even you cannot take large size images. So the camera is totally waste. Then the use of this set is only for communication.
When I bought ipaid 20,000 Rs. With that money I could have bought a lower model phone and a digital camera.
Even company says in its website that talk time is more than 7 hours. If that is the case, for the normal user it should come atleast for one and a half day.
But for me The battery not comes for not even one day. And it started to happen from the first day it self.
When I took to the service center they were saying that talk time is only 3 hours for this mobile. And they are blaming the network provider also. Ya I am agreeing that battery charge will come down if the network is not good. But that doesn't mean that it will come down within few hours. When I want to change the battery in the showroom the price for the battery was 2000+. If I am investing another thousand Rs. I will get a new basic model mobile 1100 of nokia. And that battery back up is so good. And the bluetooth connectivity is also too bad.
Some times the system will hang itself. we have to switch it off and again swith it on.
And one more problem with this model is if you are storing one of your friend's name and ph no. after a month time only your friend's ph no will be there other details won't be there. My friend's name I no need to store in a mobile which costs more than 10,000.
But apart from that the design of the phone is too good. And it's display clarity is also so good. ofcourse it is far better than other mobile with respect to display.
