Hi everyone, For years I had been a nokia fan, I thought a good phone - meaning Nokia!
The Look: But suddenly I saw a phone that made me change my mind.
It had everything, amazing looks to start with, the gleaming metallic finish, the cook camera look at the back, the trademark sony ericsson logo shining bright, the wonderful glass like buttons and a big colour screen. I was amazed. To be honest,I had never seen a phone with such slick contours and finishing that the K700i possesses.
The Features: This one beauty that has amazing brains too. A smooth cursor can help you navigate to all the features u'd imagine in a mobile phone. It's got cool java games (u can download a loads of games from the internet) which will keep u busy when u have nothing to do. It's got all the regulars like SMS, MMS, sounds, music maker (it's fun), wap, bluetooth, infra red and the amazing FM radio. The camera rocks (though not very high resolution). It's very easy to use. You can also make video clips for more than 3/4 minutes.
Memory: The 32mb in built memory is proving too much for me even though I have 15 games, 400 odd numbers, 3 video clips, 100 images on the phone and it still has 28mb memory free!!! The phonebook also stores the persons email, web address, etc.
Organiser: It's also cool on the organiser front with all the regulars packed in like the calendar, calci, tasks to do, notes, alarms and timers.
The Battery: This is the only weak point in this phone. You have to charge this phone everyday, and if you are a big gamer or a radio buff you might have to charge the phone twice a day. But given the looks, the features and the style, the battery is just a minor point.
Here's a true winner from Sony Ericsson. GO FOR IT!!!
