It is not easy to look for a good camera Mobile in these days as the market is full of them. Many confuse the issue by talking about insignificant issues whilst on the subject of choosing the right camera at the right price.
Here is my requirement:
- Reasonable resolution camera - The main reason for the camera mobile is it is with you always. You don't lug the expensive film or digital cameras around all day long. But you may need a camera when you least expect it. In the deluge that brought agony to the city of Chennai, I was out dropping a bunch of marooned colleagues when the water level rose to a dangerous level near the Adyar Bridge. A fleeting moment which could be preserved for posterity only because of the camera mobile.
The VGA resoultion (640 x 480) in this camera is adequate for displaying in a monitor or TV. With a bit of processing it can even be enough to be printed in a post card size. MInd you the basic resolution of a camera is just one of the links in the chain of total overall picture quality. There are other factors which affect the over all quality too.
Ability to record sound: This camera has the facility to record sound - when you are not too keen to take the proceedings of a business meeting ( too drunk ?) this camera can double up as a recorder. Students can use this facility while fast asleep during a boring lecture as usual.
Speaker Phone: Some of the stingy overseas clients are always eager to save on many phone calls to all the people in your team - under the specious premise that anyway the project is not going to be as per the specification - so why bother ?
So they call you up in your mobile and start the monologue about the project. A speakerphone helps you by passing the buck to all members of the team.
- Save money for extended holiday sessions: Skimp on frills you don't need or rarely use.
As we have seen, this nifty Mobile suits the bill like its cover - tight and close.
