I have been a Sony Ericsson fan for a long time, but the experience I have had with this phone makes me reconsider it! I bought it exclusively because of its sleek looks, Symbian operating system which meant I could have an ebook reader in it. But buying the phone meant a big mistake. The phone's keypad stopped working within 2 months and the touch screen became inactive the following week making the phone into a vegetable!
Sony Ericsson service centre and the rude staff is another factor that just put me off! Rude staff and highly inefficient service. Got the phone back after 2 months of arguments with the staff who claimed the phone had been to sent to Gujarat , Chennai and where not! Finally got it back with the motherboard replaced along with the touch panel, only to see it go dead again after a few months. Haven't given the phone back for service in spite of it being in the warranty period to save myself from the trauma of service center again!
I'd say it'll be a mistake buying this phone, not reliable at all!
