Poor Quality - Product. Review on Sony DAV-DZ10 5.1

If you know money’s worth, then for GOD SAKE DO NOT BUY these SONY DVD products. It worked for me just over a year and then I got LOT of issues.

• It’s NOT playing any DISK now

  
  




• Any disk inserted is thrown back. Ie., the door opens and ejects any CD

  
  




• Only few speakers are working and others are not!

  
  




• Service enquires reveal to me it will take quite a lot of money to fix this(more than 1000 rs!)

  
  




• Sony service is too expensive.

  
  




• We are also at risk to give the same to a local while the official service charges are too high

  
  




• My request for the manufactures will be to spend efforts on service

  
  




• I observed lot of energy is spend in sales and service is not given importance.

  
  




• If a product is good that itself will stand testimony to it
