Sony Has Their Appearence In India from A Long Time And Has A Really Very Goodwill Amongs People They Prefer Sony Brand. But In Case Of Sony Cyber-Shot I Must Say It Does Not Deserve A Single star For its performance. The Sony W170 derives its power from a proprietary Lithium-ion rechargeable battery .Optical zoom and a generous 2.7" LCD display. This Camera Is really Very Poor Ajd Does Not Delivers The Same What We Expect From It. Other Camera's Compares To This Produces really Better pictures. Sony W170 features include ISO sensitivity to a maximum of ISO 3, 200, a Memory Stick Duo/PRO Duo card slot, plus 15MB of built in memory. Colour Reproductions Are Artificial and Does Not Seems The Same. I Am Disappointed With The Performance with This Camera. Doesn't have The Good Settings To Maintaine Britness and Autofocus And Picture Taking time Does Not Match At All. The most informative display showing the shooting mode, battery status, flash status, white balance setting, image resolution and quality, folder name, ISO setting, metering mode, and auto-focus type. I bought jan 2014 the W70 camera its Picture Quality was excellent and battery back up was nice, very nice 2.5 inch LCD with 115K pixels of resolution, standard excellence in digital photography. The Display button to cycle through screens. This is very attractive and looking good camera because of the feature of this camera this camera contain different types of features. It gives a great clarity in zoom and also the picture text according to the name is very nice.
I would like to suggest to buy it for good picture and video qulity.
