Its the very first lcd my family Get its like 2 years back we are using it theirs some issue 1 year back it used to switch of and on automatically after some minutes of using and after that I called on customer care the person comes and take that TV with him.
The actually problem comes here they take so long time to get repaired and returned in meanwhile we started thinking might we get it back or not but after one and half months after lots of complaint on phone and email we finally get that TV and after that we also Renewed the warranty and till then the TV is fine and the gud thing about Sony TV is the picture quality I experienced is when I watch some other TV on my friends home I can easily get exhausted I really like the quality and options like HDMI VGA and usb but service is not up to the mark
