From past 1.5 years I am using this TV and didn't found and issue till now. Here is my experience buying this product.
I did lot of research on different models and brands.
after reading lots of review and comments I found SONY looks like the best among all but only think is it is costly.
Finally one day I decided to have one of the Sony LCD at my home. I went to chroma(Star Bazaar) to have a look of this TV but the problem was there they have cleverly arranged all brand in one place and I couldn't make out much difference between them, Any way as I decided I finalized KLV-32W400A.
But as soon as I ask them to bill for that item the representative informed me that they have this model out of stock and they were trying to convince me for different model and brand.
I thought of having look in some other place also. The I went to e-zone but guys again the same issue. Since there were few models so I was clearly able to make out the difference the SONY was great amount them. The picture quality was totally different.
After roaming 3-4 place I got frustrated because no were this mode was available.
Then at last I reached to SONY world and I found there this mode was available and it was the lowest price compare to the other places they insured me the delivery within 4 hrs and I booked this TV.
Amazingly within 4 hrs TV was at my door step. Next day another guy from Sony cam to fit the wall mount bracket.
I am using this from last 1.5 years and never found any issue I used to play movies, Games by connecting my laptop which give amazing picture quality. Connecting to PC is so easy thanks to the side HDMI port so that no need to hook the cable in the back side of the TV simply plug it to the left side of the TV.
Now I am using this TV with Tata SKY HD connection and the picture quality is grate. Whenever I see HD channels if feel proud of my decision to buy this one. Currently Enjoying CWG in DD HD and cricket in HD.
The only problem is this product don't comes with USB interface and HDMI cable we need to by separately.
