You are more than 100% right, Mr. Vinod Kumar. I have also purchased this TV(Sony Bravia KLV 32R402A) on 21st Aug 2013 with very difficulty arranging Rs. 30, 000/-.
Now my TV is in problem, I have talked with the Sony Help by Phone, and their technician also came to me to find out the problem, the technician said my TV has the Display Panel problem for which I have to pay Rs. 10, 000/- for new one. The warranty of that new panel would be 1 year.
I am sure, right after 1 year TV will produce the same problem. How much money I will pay to SONY. So you think, if a Sony Bravia TV will not work at least 10 years then why Sony? not else. It is ok that it has warranty period 1 year & can be extended up to 2 year.
But what about this TV. Really the Company SONY displeases its customer like me. How can I recommend my friends, relatives or others to purchase this SONY TV. Honestly saying This shows the quality of SONY product, they are just cheating customers. This TV works only during warranty period. I want to everybody should read this carefully before thinking of SONY Product.
I will also broadly inform to everybody that, SONY is the cheating company, Faaltu product. It is only cheating the Customer. All the employee of SONY should view this. Look out the old TV yaar, after 20/30 years its working with only minor problems. But for a common man what SONY is giving satisfaction. Only dissatisfaction not other that that. Really I am very depressed about my SONY Bravia TV, it hurts me alot.
