I had a very bad experience with this TV. I purchased it in 2013 Oct, and now with in 1 and half years, I face a screen issue, when I contacted SONY service center, they say I need pay 21000 rupees(almost 40% of the buying price) more to get new screen?
I feel SONY has lost the credibility in its products especially in India. We buy TV as a long term asset, at-least it should be fine for 5 to 10 years, after spending 50000 rupees. This is ridiculous that I need to pay more, If there is a manufacturing defect, then SONY has to take the responsibility, Why it is a burden on the consumer?
