Hello Friends, just like other, I am too biggest fan of Sony product but really this time gets very disappointed. On the eve of laxmi puja I have purchased KDL 40EX520 that cost rs 33000 to me. I am using it for 6 month but truly saying never gets satisfied with the very product by Sony. SONY has become unreliable. After some days use approx 4 month I has noticed a green horizontal line.
I called to customer support, service men come and tell me lCD panel needs to be replaced. Oh no was my first expression as it cost me a lot. Not only this, Internet was too not good. Now, I am regretting and asked to myself why believe sony. Really gets disappointed this time!
