I and My Brother both had purchased Sony BRAVIA KLV-40W562D Television Set in 2013, performance was good for 2 years for my TV and 2 and half year for my brother's TV, after that a number of small vertical lines were visible from one end of the screen. After few months it's intensity started increasing very fast and finally vibration of display in horizontal direction was even started even cannot watch due to multiple images.
After that I contacted the Authorized Sony Service Centre and by hearing the problem itself they told that the display had gone and the panel board for the model is not available now, if it is being available costs about Rs 18000/- so it is better to go for a new TV not to go with branded ones, in electronic devices it is unpredictable about its life even though it is branded one, so it is better to stick with cheap one.
