I have purchased this LED 18 months ago almost 1.5 year ago. The tv worked good but after one year almost 15 days after one year. The LED stop running. I said what.! So we went to customer care centre we showed them they asked that the mother board is not working we have to change the mother board. Then we asked the price they said 7000 rs. I said what.! By adding 5000 more I can buy another LED why should I repair this. But my father said we should repair this LED they changed the mother board and gave us 6 months gaurantee after 6 months. Means now it stoped working again and they are askin to change mother board again.
Now we are purchasing another LED. And I am not gona purchase sony LED again.
