I purchased this SONY television model BRAVIA KLV-24R402A LED in March 2013 but now it is 1st day of January 2017, it is running with out any problem. One BAD thing I have experienced in this TV is the USB port is fitted is such a direction that it is very difficult to fit the Pen drive in it when the TV is fitted on the wall.
Its picture quality is good but if you see it from a side(that is not from it's front) the picture is some what negative film type.
Sound reception is good with better options to adjust as per your choice.
Though it has a warranty period of one year, I am enjoying it since last 3 years with out an issue, hence the value for money can be assessed form this. So only I titled it as "Close your Eyes and believe this brand". It is notable to inform that I have received a "Pen drive" of 8 GB with this TV. as a gift. Very Good, is not it?
As until now I have not faced any problem with this TV, I have not taken any help of it's service providers or supporters. But the local store has given me his phone number and the customer care centre's phone numbers to call at the time of need.
I shall give 4 out of 5 points and this negative point is for it's picture quality and the wrong position of it's USB port.
