I purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV on 24/6/2015 through FLIP KART. Suddenly it was noticed, screen shows blurred with rings formation on the LED Screen with visible edge cutting on the objects & letters.
Service Engineer from Orbit Electronics, Mumbai came and opened the TV, but he could not attended the complaint.He told us that he will call after two days.Buthe never called again. As this TV became defect within a month, you are kindly requested to recall this product and provide new Television.
I surprised to check here that number of customers are complaining the same problem on SONY TV.This is disgrace to the company's reputation. I preferred this model thinking to enjoy the latest technology and purchased Smart TV by paying heavy amount.
