I bought Sony BRAVIA Model No.KDL-48W700C in Oct2014. On 18 Nov 2016 I lodged a complaint Regarding TV and service person came taken a charge of Rs. 200 and did nothing. Afterwards I received a call on 23 nov they mentioned charges for TV panel replacing and all. Now the thing is I bought Sony on its brand name I paid for its quality we not gone for quantity and all. Is this much your TV shelf life because I paid for quality. I talked to customer care executive regarding this she said your TV is out of warranty now the question is as a sony brand have only accountiblity for one year after that sony brand accountiblity is over. If sony brand accountibilty for one year then kindly mention this on your add film and also mention expire date of your TV product.
Being a customer I want solution for this because it feeling that I bought China products. I'll not let go this issue because I invested my hard earn money. I want solution at the earliest. Because I paid for brand and quality.
