I just bought it aweek ago from a local store at a price of 62, 000 rupees. If you buy it from a SONY SHOWROOM OR ONLINE STORE it would cost 70, 000 rupees without 3D glasses. Where as buying from the local store gave me a Holi sale even after a month of holi and got a pair of 3D active glasses ( 2 glasses packed in a box) .
The TV box contains the Set, a remote, an IR blaster , wall mount and the documents.
First boot tajes upto 20mins. I got an update as I connected it to my WiFi and the update took an hour.
Specs: 43 inch full HD , 3D ACTIVE, ANDROID 5.1.1 LOLLIPOP, 16GB internal , dual core processor and 2GB RAM. Ask me if you want more.
Pros:
1) It's the cheapest 3D cum android OS TV.
2) NO BLOT WARE. Only necessary applications like YouTube, Netflix , opera browser and BIG flix.
It also has Google play store and some sony apps like gallery, music and video player.
3) Good picture quality and performance.
4) Games like Asphalt 8, Walking Dead, etc. I have downloaded Asphalt 8 and is now at season 6. It's working fine at Medium Graphics.
5) Videos buffers faster.
6) Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi , Ethernet connectivity etc available.
7) Never get bored. There are a lot of content that you can enjoy in it.
8) Consumes less electricity.
Cons:
1) 3D function is great but I would recommend that if you want a better experience go for bigger screen size.
2) Remote freezes for almost 20 second. Even when not gaming. It occurs once in 6-7 hours.
3) There are only a narrow range of applications available in Play Store.
4) Passive 3D glasses are not compatible. It works only on active glasses. Just surf to find out the difference.
5) 2 USB 2.0 ports only.
6) Requires a gamepad for most of the games. Asphalt 8 works on the remote.
This is a nice TV in my opinion.
Other TV at this range doesn't have have all the features.
I would like to saw that wait for at least one year if you want anything better.
