I have approached Somans Leisure Tours to book an overseas tour to Malaysia. The tour coordinator one Lady send incomplete itinerary which not as per my request. But one thing they never put behind to quote the Package cost. I am surprised since the Flight and the site seeing location's which are not addressed as per my request.
I have raise the comments and waiting more than one week today, again when I contacted the lady back she put some comments and excuses.
This is my first experience, Somans approach towards customer is unprofessional manner.
Now I decided to go with another agency.
