IF I say soframycin is a magic cream then can say it definatly beacuse if you have wound or burning or cut or dark spot or acne you can use it.
its a antibiotic cream which comes in very low of cost.
Famous company sanofi marketed this product in india.its comes in white colour in cream form.its viscocity is normal so caver a large area of skin.its effectiveness is good.if you take it for primary treatment its ok but if you take it for critical condition then use another cream.
cost is ok because of its effectiveness.
