I recently bought a LED TV and home theater from Snehaanjali Kandivali Mumbai store. While explaining the offers to us, Sonu (salesman) mentioned a DVD player is free with the TV. We negotiated the price and the deal was done.
While leaving the store I specifically clarified with him about the free DVD player with the TV and he confirmed it. To my surprise the free player was not delivered along the the TV. I called the store and asked for Sonu. I enquired about the player and he said he will check and call back. He didnt call and i had to call back, during which he passed the phone to Mr. JP. He asked me to collect it from store.
To my shock and horror, they flatly refused to honour the commitment and said they cannot provide the free player at the negotiated price! This was news to me as I had confirmed it specifically the other day.
I argued with them, as it was not about the free player but their commitment of sale. They said they will deliver only those items mentioned in the bill. The bill was prepared without including the free player, which does not contain my signature of acknowledgement of the same.
Sonu started using foul language and was particularly rude, unapologetic and was behaving as if i had come there to beg for the free player. But that showed his cheap mindset and the
atmosphere of his upbringing and qualities his parent taught him.
I asked JP to write an apology mail and forget the player(as i dint want it now) to which he said would be sent in 1 hr. I must know that all of them are of same breed and expected that he wont send it.
I am writing this review to let other customers know about my first, last and worst buying experience from Snehaanjali.
Any one buying from them should get in WRITING about the item purchased and all offers as well, with THEIR signature on it.
