We can not issue refund as we attempted to deliver and you have refused to accept despite our requests. This is a personalized gift order and cannot be cancelled / refunded. Because you have tried 5 times and each time it is refused.

This was the mail send by them. This order was placed before a month. The courier people called me and said there was water stagnant in the place so he cant deliver.
Why are you guys having online company and saying free shipping every thing while placing the order? After the product is not delivered you have to refund the money right?
Refund my money. I dont want your service. I think I'm the only person placed the order in your website. If u cant run ur company give me. I will run ur cheating company in a better way.
