I would like to share my personal experience with Snapdeal.com. I would say snapdeal is a brand & it's one of the worst eCommerce website for online shopping. Initially they were good but now they became worst amongst all.
Last week I have done 2 purchases Voltas AC & Vguard Stablizer (Order Id 13329086246) & I paid Rs 299 extra for next day delivery. However, I have receive my order after 3 days, I have called customer care & posted on Social media but they were keep saying that Rs 299 are shipping charges & by mistaken we have mentioned that to his is for next day delivery.
This is not the end, while purchasing A.C, I spoke with customer care whose name was Bharti & asked/cleared things 10 times & she clearly told me that I don't have to pay for installation, my installation is free & second day I again spoke with some other customer care Aisha, who also told me that I don't have to worry as my installation is free. Once, I relieved A.C & was waiting for second order & sorting out the order issue than social media team told me that your installation is not free & we don't do that. I told them that your customer team with name and they clearly told me everything, he said we will hear the recording & we will take whatever the action is required but we don't give free installation, I discussed & fought but Snapdeal sucks & their team is worst in the industry.
After 3 days I have received only one order, I called customer care for my second order of V Guard Stabilizer, they kept on saying thatthey have shipped & I can track myself, when I tried to track the order & found that the courier services Vulcan xpress were not able to show where my order is, I posted the issue on social media & I would say there are very fast in replying but they do reply with no solution. I started posting on facebook around 10 am, & they kept saying that they are arranging a call for me & till 5 PM no one called me & the one who called me just said, we will update you as we are also not able to track & not aware where your order is. Finally, I found the courier number & called myself & the courier service told me that your order has been cancelled from Snapdeal. I called again on snapdeal but no one is able to respond & tell me why & where my order is. Finally, I cancelled my order myself.
I would recommend not to buy from Snapdeal, try Flipkart, Amazon where things & people are much clear & helps customer with full support.
Snapdeal sucks!
