I purchased a Samsung 20Ltr GW731KD-S/XTL Grill Microwave Oven Silver through Snapdeal. Firstly Snapdeal seller has physically SCRATCHED OFF THE MRP!(See the photo attached) This is unfair trade practice, as how do I know that the price charged to me, i.e.?7, 647 is a discounted price or even higher than the one fixed by Samsung? Trying to be too smart huh? Physically removing the printed price with a blade, so that even the paper has been torn off, is a sure sign of malafide intention!
Secondly, the installation was not brand installation but by Snapdeal's personnel and it showed in the rough and crude demonstration, AFTER WE OURSELVES INSTALLED THE PRODUCT. The person was hurried and finished the demonstration in 10 minutes. Most importanty the person who installed it was not from Samsung. That explained his poor articulation. As a result we can hardly use the oven and are employing the hit and trial methodology for operating the Grill Microwave Oven.
To speak of the experience, I am dissatisfied. I had used the option on Snapdeal with their partners, Greendust for selling my old microwave over, for a low price of?300 only. I have purchased the microwave oven from Snapdeal paying COD, but as yet even after 11 days and my old microwave that was fetching?500 in an offline store in exchange offer for the same microwave over costing?7, 500/-, i.e.? 7, 000/- after trading in my old Samsung microwave oven.
Snapdeal has behaved very badly and so have their affiliates Greendust, for who said they will pay me the money in 7 days, and it's 11 days and still counting. This is very shabby treatment.
