I ordered a speaker from snapdeal they sent me wrong product but they didnt ready to hear.They told me my profile is blacklisted and in this case they cant do nothing.And if you call customer care again they will told you they esclated the issue and than no response from snapdeal.


So be careful if you want to buy any product from snapdeal.The company is not stan on their commitment and policy trustpay.
