I have ordered a Dell XPS 12(W562002IN9) Ultrabook(Order ID 4919662244) on 13 th feb 2015, but has not recieved the product yet.
The order status in the snapdeal site is still showing "order is under processing". After many calls to customer care and mail communications and after raising two complaints(Complaint No:16204807 & 16605343), I got a reply saying "Since the wrong price updated on the website your order was cancelled."(on 28 th Feb 2015) My order was cancelled without my knowledge and citing a childish reason like a typographical error.
This behaviour from the company caused great incovenience to me, as I was waiting for the delivery. I sincerly doubt whether this updating of wrong price is a way intended to increase the traffic inflow to the site, and afterwards cancelling the orders without the notice of customers.
