So guys recently I ordered a Nokia Lumia 520 on this Diwali festival. I placed the order on 27th Nov. I was excited that till 3rd I will have this mobile in my hand. But on 30th I received a mail from Snapdeal that you order has been cancelled due to reallocation of the vendor.
So the sub-order was given to another vendor on 31st. It was not an issue for me I was still happy.
And I was more excited when I got a message and an email that that you product has been shipped on 2nd Nov from Mumbai and est. delivery is on 6 Nov.
But here is when the picture got worse the tracking number provided to me was not traceable so I registered many complains on Snapdeal regarding this but always they told me to wait for 48 hrs. I started finding on my own first went to Bluedart services where they told me it has not been shipped from Mumbai even on 4th Nov but according to Snapdeal it was shipped on 2nd Nov.
I also called Bluedart services Mumbai. The reply I got was shocking.They told me that the product was returned back from the place it came from and it was never shipped.
Sorry guys one thing I forgot that on 1st Nov Snapdeal mailed me that order has run out but just one day before they messaged that Its ready to be shipped.
Guys please try not to go for Snapdeal its unreliable instead go for Flipkart or Ebay. From today I am going to find out the exact picture from Snapdeal.
Just beware of this site!
