today I am reviewing about a online shopping site snapdeal.com . it is a well known shopping site in india first of all its best feature is comperative less price than other shopping websites also it gives genuine and original products of well known brands but now I share my personal experience which is about after sale service
5-6 months ago I buy a watch for my mom to gift her on her birthday after odering I got it within 3 days but after opening it what I saw different model of watch of same company then I immigiately mail to snapdeal about my problem as I immediately need to replace it .after mailing within 2 days a man reached to my door step for taking it back the. after 1 day I got my new watch of same model which I odered n finally I gave it to mom on right time and fortunately she liked it: -)
