I bought a monitor from Snapdeal. First of all the delivery information that was reflecting on the site was wrong. I connected with delivery boys. Snapdeal Customer care supervisor ( Saurabh) clearly says that site of the courier agency (Delhi) is handled by untrained person, and he has that information which is not presented on website as he is in Snapdeal.
Once the product is received, we lodged a complaint. You will get all the smses but not the sms of complaint number. You will have to call back again to get the complaint number on mail. Then you will get a call who will proudly talk to you and ensure that you realize that you have done the biggest mistake. He will say that you will get a call in 2-3 working days.You will not get in 8 working days. Then its you who will call again and again and you will get call back promise and you will not get that. If you get a call and the supervisor is not able to hear you he will say "I am not able to hear you so I am ending this call Ba -Bye" and he will not bother to call you back. After 8 days and more than 5 calls when you get a call that pick up is getting arranged and when you ask why not done earlier they will say "Sorry We forgot" BEST PART: If you wish to talk to some Senior, they will transfer their call to their colleague (of same designation) and he will say that other person reports to him (Pradeep and Kaushal are expert in this).
Dont buy anything from Snapdeal. The pain and agony you will go through is what you will be paying them.
