Please be careful while dealing with customer service(email support) because they would miss lead and make you run around.
I had placed an order for which Snapdeal debited twice which I got o know only by sms alert message then I immediately wrote an email explaining my concerns and issue, they straight away responded to me stating that money was not debited from their end and asked me to check with my bank, which I totally forgot for a week then I had called my bank for other issue then I quickly recalled this incident as asked to refund the money but my bank denied so I had a long debate with them then finally they asked me to contact snapdeal and get a confirmation with the transaction ID.
I wrote my second mail to them asking for the explanation, this time they agreed that they have debited the money from my account twice. so please dont take customer service words for granted.
