I want to say that I had ordered a basketball from snapdeal and I received another company basketball. I also want to check the product on delivery but delivery man refuses to give me the product before payment.when I had done the payment and got a parcel and opened it I came to know that I was cheated at that time.i asked for refund and deliveryman refused. ive also putted the complaint but no one pays heed to it.so from this all its simple that there poorest customer service and support, no reliabiliy at all, product is not the same so there is no question arises of quality
