I never used snapdeal as somehow I didn't feel comfortable with it, but this Diwali I saw some great deals and I bought a lot of stuff. I placed 10 orders with 26 items.
9 Items were cancelled as they couldn't even ship them in time, I cancelled after waiting for long, and I got the refund soon after cancelation automatically.
1 item was picked up by snapdeal for return and I got money back for this too.
5 items were physically damaged, not working and are waiting for snapdeal to pickup for return since almost a month, and no money is refunded yet.
11 items were delivered fine in working conditions.
So, based on this experience, I will suggest not to use snapdeal, there are high chance(more than 50%) that you wont get a working item on time. Most likely they are dispatching the item which people are returning to someone else, as many people will keep it and think it just as bad experience! but not ask for return / replacement. Second there return & refund process is not customer friendly.
Please don't give any value to this sticker which MouthShut is posting that response received. This only means that they sent me a message, it doesn't mean that problem is solved. In real, they ONLY asked me for order number, which are 3142120402, 3201531022 and 3375907242
Also, I am noticing a strange behavior that most of positive reply looks fake, check profile of people who are posting these positive reply, check other reviews by them and their dates, and you will get the idea.
