I have used many a deal sites but nothing beats snapdeal as far as trasperancy of deals and service support is concerned. All complaints are well attended to in short time and they actually call back with a solution.
The only other site that comes close is Deals and You and the only aspect where they are better is variety of deals. However as far as service and other aspect they are far behind.
Snapdeal is good as they also try to have a personalised contact with customers a good thing rarely found with online sites.
