I had purchased Royal Canin Dog food from Snapdeal few days ago. Unaware of their return policy of 7days. When I opened the package I found out that its been tore off and chewed by a mouse, and plus they have tried hiding the patch by putting cello tape. on contacting them they said they cant accept since it has passed more than seven days. They dont care about their image, their customer service is more pathetic than their products.
Amazon has a such a outstanding customer support. No wonder they are number 1!
