I ordered a PS3 500GB 2 weeks back and there was no controller in the box, I called them back and they said they will arrange it in 2-3 days else a refund will be made. Then they sent a mail to me, offering a 500 rupee cash-back, are you kidding me, PS3 controller costs 2500 and they are giving 500 for it. Again I called back and they said they will arrange it in another 48hrs.
After 48 hrs the Cx Exec says that they will take another 24hrs. Now it is more than 2 weeks and I cant even use my PS3 . This was a pretty bad experience, buying anything online is waste until or unless it is flipkart.com at least they value their customers.
Can someone help me taking this to the consumer court ?
