I have ordered Panasoinc eluga switch Snapdeal on 4rd March.
Due to net work error fund is transferred but order not placed.
I have tried contacting the snapdeal team. They assured a revert call in 48 hours.
after 3 days I got a mail from Snapdeal that your bank a/c statement is needed for refunding process I send it on 7th april
today 11th April, amount is not credited back to my account yet.

I have tried contacting the SNAPDEAL team various times. they of course give me false promises that'your money safe with us and will be returned'. so everybody should careful when dealing with snapdeal. because they are not giving any value for your money .
