Comparing to other sites it is also a best website to have good online shopping experience. this is the reason to made my self ordered a mobile. whenever we do a small correction in our account we get message to our contact number. they place the order on or before the time with out fail.
Once you place the order, you can jump to the my orders page and see the status for each of the products. The tracking works down to the last detail, tells you the status at every checkpoint. and the worst aspect is we don't have any contact number for direct conversation with customer care executive neither mail or chat option.
and coming to my experience I did not get the mobile which I ordered they sent me another cheap mobile, when I raised complaint against it they picked up my mobile for replacement.
