I had placed an order and paid with Debit Card. After a few days, they advised item is not available, and they are arranging to refund. It is 6 weeks now, I have not received the refund. I try to send email, but can't get their email id. Only way to communicate(I am an NRI) is under Contact us on their website, and I have already written about 10 times - no response from them.
An online store can sustain only with trust of customers. How will a customer trust them if they cannot be effectively contacted.
They asked for bank statement, which I submitted, but no response after that. Can anyone guide me how I can get my refund?
UNTIL THIS IS SORTED OUT, I have decided to do a review everyday.
