Most pathetic service. I have purchased an order(Maharaja Whiteline Ultimate DLX Juicer Mixer Grinder) from snapdeal. They have delivered the order on 1st Nov 2015. After opening the package I have found the product was a damaged one. I have raised a ticket to replace the item. This is in reference to my request 11431528 against Order number 9569183265 also I have spoken to the customer service executive and they told me that the product will be picked up from my delivery address within 3 days. But after one day snapdeal sent a mail to me and said "our nominated courier providers will not be able to pick up the product from your location. We request you to send it to us via any national courier service provider and provide us the scanned copy or image of the courier receipt. "
So now it's my responsibility to send the item to warehouse for this bull sh*t damage item.The total weight of product is around 4 Kgs.So we have to go to courier service office and send this faulty product to snapdeal only for the pathetic service. Is this the way to treat customers? They have sent me the damaged product first and now it is my burden to spend my valuable time for this damaged product .
This company really does not care about the customer because of whom it is earning profits. Very Very bad experience. They just believe in promoting their name on TV with renowned actor.SO IN SHORT . PLS NEVER EVER ORDER FROM SNAPDEAL.THEY CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
