I bought tupperware my first storage set. Out of 11 containers, one container lid was not of correct size. Snapdeal said I have to pack whole set in original packing and send it back. Unfortunately we did not keep the covers till the day we noticed the wrong lid.
This is very bad. Just for one lid I have to send whole product back? They did not do any partial refund also. And also the Site was showing MRP that is 1000 Rs more than real MRP.
So if you are buy anything from Snapdeal, make sure to keep all original packing material for 7 days so that you can return it in case of any problem. Otherwise they will not accept the return.
Good thing is deals and credit card/debit card usage offers. But as long as no issue with the item you got, no problem. But if there is issue then what matters is Customer service. I am not happy with them. They were not even apologetic about the wrong delivery of the lid.
