Snapdeal besides its lovely adds is known across the country for different reasons too. And truly speaking, these reasons are no lovely than monsters. These reasons include the delayed delivery, defunct products and poor response to customers' service. I have once ordered a branded induction cooker. It was delivered one month later and let me tell you that I was residing in Delhi in that time with no bill. I tried to complained but when nothing happened I believed in the brand and stared using the product and believe me, besides all good care the product defunct in one month. I looked forward to avail the warranty but the service centre refused as I had no bill. The books are also sold at much higher prices on snapdeal than other online shopping portals. So, I'll hardly recommend it to anyone.
