I regularly use deals from sites like snapdeal. Most of the time food deals are OK since even if you don't like the food you end up paying less. But I would not recommend anyone to buy beauty deals from such sites.
The beauty parlor guys take the rest of the money upfront and do not give you any importance. I tried multiple beauty deals and everytime I got the same response. Once Parlor refused to give me appointment, since my deal was about to end I finally went without appointment. They refused to give me any treatment, after a lot of request they agreed to do facial which lasted for 10 min and the beautician left me with facepack on for 20 min. I had to get up to ask someone to clean it. Apparently she had left to attend some other customer.
Recently I used another voucher at Angel's beauty parlor. I bought that deal because I wanted to get the Fish Spa done but after reaching there I realized they do not have that facility. They plan to put it up, God knows when. They didn't have basic manicure facility. I had to told a tray full of water on my lap to dip my fingers. My friend nearly got burned because of dripping hot water from Steamer. Their scalp treatment has left me with ichy scalp. I finally decided not to get the facial done.
Looks like Snapdeal is not bothered to check if the service provider has the kind of service they project. I expect snapdeal to take responsibility of the services they sell.
