I have heard and seen many people holding complaints against Snapdeal. Although it is so famous in India, a whole lot of people didn't have a good experience.
They make lots of promises but when it comes to aftersales service and refunding policy, they will make you go on rounds.
Suppose you bought a mobile phone and unfortunately it was defective or you didn't like. You expect them to come and examine the product for you, right? But no. They will tell you to go to the sales service of the phone brand.
If that didn't work, they will tell you to go there and go to this place and that place.
After losing hope, then they will take your case into account.
So you see, you get your refund after going through a lot of difficulties.
I would recommend anyone to buy from Snapdeal, but if your product is available only there, then you can take the risk and buy from there itself.
Overall, I would give Snapdeal 35/100.
