I ordered a revolving chair from snap deal Order no 3178111474 which they delivered via bluedart on 24th October 2014. When I opened the parcel I found the central metal rod also called hydroulic missing. I immediately informed snap deal regarding the same on phone and was given aRequest #10878090 . Now it's nine days and only mail I got from them was "please mail us the photograph of the product you received to which I responded in next 20 minutes.
There is no response from there side before or after that. I had called them a number of times but every time it's the same answer "our team will respond to you in next 24 hrs either by mail or phone" but nothing happens. Call again and they say we are keeping it on high priority and you will definitely get a response in next 24 hrs. Call yet again for a prefabricated answer of keeping you on a even higher priority(I myself don't understand what it actually means and I am sure neither snap deal understands it).
The situation is such that leave apart reassurance of getting product replaced or returned it, I have not been able to talk to a responsible person in last 9 days. This type of behavior defeats the whole purpose of online shopping for ease and saving time. I am highly disappointed and will not recommend any one to go for snap deal.
