Bought Kamachi 999 Treadmill. Order ID 12640040174. Delivered on 9th April. No one came for fitting. No call from company. Spent 29k plus. Got the fitting done from the local vendor. The walking plank is inclined even at ZERO. You can't have normal walk.
It is auto inclined at 5 to 10 degree. You can't walk for 45 minutes on incline. Pulse rate increases to 120 plus n knees n back start paining. On 10th Apr, had put the replacement request. No calls received. Today on 18th Apr the Courier guy from Vulcan Courier comes without any ID card n says that can't pick the treadmill as it is fitted. The company is not bothered. Blocked 29k. Insensitivity of such a big company. Only Marketed as Dil ki Deal, but cannot even put that to practice.
